The terms and conditions set below are for general means. It may vary depending on type of event and will be more specific in the official quotation dedicated to your event.
1) Minimum order: 50 pax on weekends ; 20 pax on weekdays
2) Quality cutleries and crockery will be provided.
3) Online order is not considered as confirmed order until you receive an official quotation and a deposit has been made thereafter.
4) Delivery and handling include decorative buffet line, chafing dish and buffet related arrangements. (Special terms apply to other serving styles eg. dome, stall, banquet, etc)
-Extra delivery charge applies to area exceeding 15km radius from Sun Jaya production centre at Kuchai Business Centre (visit www.sunjaya.com.my – Contact Us section)
-Extra handling charge applies to venue with loading, setting up difficulty, night time catering and below 50pax services.
5) Order notice: 7 working days in advance
6) Canopy, dining tables, chairs and waiters quote separately upon request only.
7) Payment terms: 40% deposit upon confirmation; balance payable on event day.
8) Payment can be made payable to Sun Jaya Pastries and Dessert to the following

9) Validity of quotation: 4 months from quotation sent via email date.
10) Price subject to 6% SST

1) Minimum order: 20 pax (on every food item). Weekdays only
2) Delivery hours: 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on weekdays only
3) Minimum food order value:Rm 350.00
4) Online order is not considered as confirmed order until you receive an official quotation and a deposit has been made thereafter.
5) Serving style :
i) below 50pax (but minimum of 20pax):
Using hygienic disposable trays. Disposable cutleries, crockery and serviettes charged separately. Tongs and ladles are not provided.
Delivery charge depends on delivery distance.
ii) above 50pax :
Using food warmers complete with decorative table setting.
Rm200delivery and handling charge applies.
6) Order notice: 3 working days in advance.
7) Canopy, tables, chairs and waiter quote separately upon request only.
8) Rm0.70/pax applies if disposable cutlery and crockery are requested.
9) Payment terms: 40% deposit upon confirmation ; balance payable on event day.

STALL STYLE CATERING – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
** All prices are subject to 6% SST
1) Price per food stall depend on number of stalls required. Please email us your request and we will reply you with an official quotation.
2) Minimum 50pax per stall. Minimum combination of 4 stalls. One stand alone stall as an addition to a buffet catering package is welcome.
3) Delivery hours: from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
4) Quality cutleries and crockery will be provided.
5) Food will be served at individual stalls.
6) Online order is not considered as confirmed order until you receive an official quotation and a deposit has been made thereafter.
7) Delivery and handing fee: Rm120/stall
